Ben Morris

Founder and Managing Director

Ben co-founded Vision Electrical with a passion for delivering high-quality service while keeping it cost-friendly. A fully registered electrician, Ben completed his formal apprenticeship with a Barry-based company, gaining a strong foundation in the trade.

During his early career, he travelled across the country, working in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. This experience allowed him to develop a broad skill set and a deep understanding of the industry.

After several years of gaining hands-on experience, Ben co-founded Vision Electrical — and the rest is history.

Mitch O’Shea

Founder and Director

Mitch co-founded Vision Electrical alongside Ben, sharing the same commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective services. He began his apprenticeship with a local company in Cardiff, where he built a strong foundation in the trade.

Mitch went on to travel across the country, working in a range of industries and gaining valuable experience that has shaped his expertise today. His hands-on knowledge and dedication now play a key role in running Vision Electrical and ensuring the company maintains its high standards.
